Actor Cody Longo from Days of Our Lives passed away at 34. According to numerous news sources, he was discovered dead in his Austin home.
He was discovered Wednesday morning, according to a report from NBC News. His three children, Stephanie and his wife, all remain.
Longo’s agent, Alex Gittelson, told NBC News that Longo passed away peacefully at his Austin, Texas, home. “Alcohol is thought to have been a contributing factor,”
Gittelson referred to Longo as “a great buddy” and noted that the actor had previously spent some time pursuing music. In “Days of Our Lives,” Longo is best recognized for his portrayal of Nicholas Alamain.
NBC quoted him saying, “Cody was such a devoted, caring, and talented person, and he will be deeply missed.”
Longo has appeared in many MTV shows, including “Hollywood Heights” and “Nashville.” Gittelson said that Longo was a composer, performer, and music producer.
