The company won a deal with the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) in December 2015 and the construction process began in July 2016, with the completion of construction occurring 80 months after the start of construction work, and the construction process was delayed due to the impact of the emergence of the Corona virus and changes in design.
Yonhap agency said that the resort is located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah and consists of 3 hotel buildings (791 rooms) with a height of 44 floors and 3 buildings of luxury residences (231 residences) with a height of 39 floors.
It was noted that the total cost of construction was 1.254 billion dollars, and the resort has 94 pools, including an ultra-luxury pool, and all rooms have a beautiful view of the bay, and the 520 sqm penthouse room has a private infinity pool. .
