Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi confirmed that Egypt’s policy has always been characterized by moderation, balance and extreme discipline in relations with all countries, especially with the Arab countries and brothers in Saudi Arabia.
The Egyptian President said that he monitors what is happening on social networks, where insults can sometimes be observed by some of the brothers, which is contrary to the state’s guidelines regarding relations with these brothers.
He stressed that Egypt’s approach is consistent, it is good relations with everyone, even in times of crisis and disagreement, and nothing bad comes of it.
And the President continued: “We must not offend our brothers, and we must also not forget the brotherly countries’ support for Egypt in its crises, saying, ‘And don’t forget the credit between you.’
The Egyptian President urged citizens not to be led by malicious websites that aim to sedition and intervene between us and our brothers.
Twitter has become an arena for verbal skirmishes in Egypt and Saudi Arabia between journalists close to the authorities of the two countries, accusing them, as well as reminding them of the “preferences” of each country over the other.
