Bilal Yassin, an expert on the export of potatoes and vegetables in Egypt, revealed the details of the establishment of Egypt’s first potato powder export plant with a capacity of 30,000 tons.

He explained that his exports will go to all markets in the world, emphasizing that he produces and exports frozen and semi-fried potatoes, in addition to strawberries and vegetables, from Egypt to all markets in the world.

He explained that he exports 5,000 tons of strawberries as supplies from farmers to the markets of Russia, Europe and Arab countries.

Yassin added during a meeting with Al-Jadaan on Cairo and People 2 that he had begun building Egypt’s first 30,000-tonne potato powder plant. , and it has a solar power station, in addition to a butane refill to convert plant waste into liquid fertilizer. .
