She says: “Vehicle exhaust fumes harm people the most in summer during traffic jams. And the situation is aggravated by opening the windows of the car. Because a person inhales, in addition to oxygen, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, aldehydes, sulfur dioxide. , carbon black and benzopyrene (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) These substances accumulate in the body and can cause serious diseases such as cancer, especially lung cancer.

According to her, inhaling car exhaust can lead to problems with the cardiovascular system, shortness of breath, dizziness and angina pectoris, and also increases the risk of myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis and blood clots.

She says: “A person who is constantly exposed to car exhaust fumes feels discomfort, irritability and sleep disturbance. It also leads to dermatitis and conjunctivitis.”

According to her, air conditioning helps to reduce the harmful effects of car exhaust gases on the driver’s body. You should also eat foods rich in antioxidants such as fruits, vegetables, and green tea. She recommends drinking more water because it speeds up the elimination of toxins from the body.
