Real estate transaction data provided by the Dubai Land Department showed that the AED410 million (US$111.6 million) condo deal was recorded as the largest condo deal in the history of the Dubai real estate market.

Emirates Al Youm newspaper reported that the apartment was sold in the luxurious Bulgari Lighthouse Dubai Tower project being developed by Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, in Jumeirah Bay.

It was noted that the area of ​​​​the apartment was 38,970 thousand square feet, and it has 9 rooms, resulting in a price per square meter of 10,521 dirhams.

And last month, the project acquired Dubai’s biggest condo sales as it sold 8 condos in January for a total of AED656 million, including an apartment valued at AED119 million, in addition to another apartment sold for AED116 million.
