Sources said that a one-year-old child was killed and other residents of Karmina were injured as a result of the shelling of the city by Ukrainian troops on January 21.
The source added that Ukrainian forces shelled the city, killing an infant and injuring four others.
Earlier, the former ambassador of the Lugansk Republic in Moscow, Rodion Miroshnik, said that Ukrainian forces were carrying out targeted bombing of residential areas of this city. He stressed that Kyiv uses electronic warfare to suppress all types of communications in the Kremnaya area.
