During his first historic visit to Manama, Kazakh Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tloberdi met with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and Foreign Minister Abdul Latif Al Zayani.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan discussed with his Bahraini counterpart bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as regional cooperation within the framework of the dialogue platform “Central Asia – Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf”.
The parties also discussed cooperation between the Astana International Financial Center and the international Islamic financial market in Bahrain.
The Bahrain News Agency reported that during the meeting, the ministers discussed ways to support cooperation and joint coordination between the two countries at the political level and through cooperation with regional and international organizations.
