Egypt is preparing to build the tallest hotel in Africa, at 233 meters, called the Tycoon’s Tower.
Nile Real Estate Development is building a hotel as part of its Nile Business City project in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which consists of 4 towers 233 meters high in the hotel and tourist area of Downtown.
The hotel will be built with a facade of 200 meters on the Green River and Mohammed bin Zayed’s north axis in the New Administrative Capital, where the sale of the first phase of the project’s first administrative tower has been completed.
