Oil prices fell in trading today, Thursday, by about 1% for the second day in a row in light of concerns about the economic slowdown in the US.

By 09:40 Moscow time, futures for US West Texas Intermediate oil fell 1.20% to $78.53 per barrel.

Meanwhile, according to Bloomberg, futures for Brent crude fell 0.96% to $84.16 a barrel.
