Our correspondent reported that Ukrainian forces fired 56 rockets and artillery shells at Donetsk and its suburbs over the past day.
Our correspondent added: “Over the past 24 hours, the Kyiv regime shelled the city of Donetsk and its environs with 56 rockets and artillery shells, as a result of which residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged, but no one was injured.”
For its part, the Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic of the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of War Crimes of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian forces shelled Donetsk and Gorlovka on Monday night, firing a total of 11 155-mm shells (shells from NATO countries).
Ukrainian forces continue to shell and bomb residential areas and infrastructure in and around Donetsk on a daily basis.
