Paris Saint-Germain Announces Departure of Player

French club Paris Saint-Germain announced on their official website on Tuesday evening the departure of a new player from the ranks of the first football team after an official farewell to their Brazilian star Neymar da Silva Junior.

Abdou Diallo Joins Al Arabi

The Parisian club have announced the final transfer of their defender Abdou Diallo to the Qatari football club Al Arabi.

The Qatari club indicated through its Twitter account on the X platform that the 27-year-old Diallo has signed contracts linking him to the first team for a period of 3 years, until 30 June 2026.

Al-Arabi Al-Qatari said the contract includes a clause that allows two parties, “the player and the club”, to renew it for a fourth year, that is, until the summer of 2027.

Neymar’s Departure

And before that, Saint-Germain announced on Tuesday the departure of 31-year-old Neymar to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal in a deal estimated by international media at 80-90 million euros.

Previous Stint at BCG

Notably, Diallo wore the BCG jersey from 2019 to 2023, when he was on loan from German side Leipzig last season.
