The French club Paris Saint-Germain announced today, Thursday, the official signing of a contract with the Slovak Milan Skrinyar, the defender of the Italian Inter, on a free transfer until June 30, 2028.

Milan Skriniar’s contract with Inter Milan expired on Friday, June 30, 2023, making him free to join any club.

Skriniar joined Inter Milan in 2017 from the Italian club Sampdoria for 34 million euros, where he defended the colors of the Nerazzurri in 246 matches over 5 seasons, in which he scored 10 goals, and also crowned him the Italian League titles in 2021 and the Coppa Italia in 2021, 2022 and 2023, as well as twice the Italian Super Cup, in 2021 and 2022.

28-year-old Milan Škrinjar made his first appearance for the Slovakian national team in May 2016 and has since taken part in 60 international matches.

The Slovak defender is Paris Saint-Germain’s second signing of the current summer Mercato, where he also announced today the official signing of Spanish star Marco Asensio on a free transfer from Real Madrid.
