Paris Saint-Germain Suffers Surprise Defeat to Nice


Paris Saint-Germain suffered a surprise defeat at home to visiting club Nice (2-3) in their match on Friday night, which was the opening match of the fourth round of the French Football League.

Striker Kylian Mbappe scored two goals for the hosts in the 29th and 87th minutes, but it was not enough to save the Parisian team from defeat. Nice, on the other hand, scored three goals, with two of them coming from Nigerian striker Terem Mofi in the 21st and 68th minutes. French striker Gaetan Laborde also contributed with a goal in the 53rd minute of the match at the Parc des Princes.

Nice, on the other hand, recorded their second win in a row after three consecutive draws. With this victory, they now have 9 points and are in the second position, just one point behind leaders Monaco. They will be facing hosts Lorient tomorrow night, Sunday.
