The Cabinet of Ministers of Saudi Arabia approved in principle a comprehensive unified system for assessing the financial capacity and well-being of individuals and families.
This happened during the weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at the Peace Palace in Jeddah.
The Council also agreed to authorize the Minister of Energy or his representative to discuss with the Polish side a draft memorandum of understanding between the governments of Saudi Arabia and Poland on cooperation in the field of energy, as well as a similar memorandum with Portugal. .
The Cabinet also authorized the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Office of Research, Development and Innovation – or his representative – to discuss with the British side a draft memorandum of understanding between the government of Saudi Arabia and the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for cooperation in the field of research, development and innovation.
The Council of Ministers agreed to authorize the Minister of Transport and Logistics, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of Transportation or his representative to discuss with the Egyptian side a draft agreement between the General Directorate of Transportation of Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian Suez Canal Authority for cooperation in the development of the transit of cruise ships and cargo ships through the Suez Canal .
