The Western press has recently been heavily engaged with Saudi clubs’ unprecedented moves in the global player transfer market, especially after many stars have been linked with a move to the Roshen Pro League.

The English newspaper Daily Mail reported on the top league stars targeted by Saudi clubs this summer’s Mercato.

The newspaper notes that Portugal’s Al-Nasr star Cristiano Ronaldo and Al-Ittihad Jeddah striker Karim Benzema of France are just the beginning and other greats will follow.

The newspaper looked at the names of the players the Saudi clubs entered with and formed the Dream Team, which is expected to appear in the Saudi Arabian league.

The potential dream team lineup, according to the Daily Mail, included the following names:

Goalkeeper: David De Gea.

Defense: Sergio Ramos – Kepler Baby – Kalidou Koulibaly.

Midfield: N’Golo Kante – Sergio Busquets – Riyad Mahrez – Sadio Mane.

Attack: Cristiano Ronaldo – Neymar da Silva – Karim Benzema.
