Saudi Arabia has started selling its first dollar bond issue this year and the issue will consist of 3 tranches with different maturities, according to Bloomberg sources.
The first tranche will be provided for five years at a starting price of 140 basis points compared to similar US Treasuries, the second for ten and a half years at a price of about 170 basis points compared to US bonds, and the third for thirty years. with a price of 210 basis points compared to US bonds.
Sources did not disclose the expected value of this issue.
It is noteworthy that the last issue of dollars to Saudi Arabia took place in October last year in the amount of $5 billion.
