British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will discuss trade issues with the heads of Saudi Arabia’s Sovereign Investment Fund, Airbus and HSBC, Legal & General on Friday, Reuters reported.
Sunak speaks with officials from some of the world’s largest companies to discuss ideas that improve Britain’s economic outlook as part of the meeting of the Investment Council in the United Kingdom, which includes heads of major institutions and companies, including the State Investment Fund, Airbus, HSBC, Nestle and Nissan.
The meeting will discuss the joint work of the government and the private sector to stimulate growth in the current economic conditions, according to British Sky News.
The main purpose of the British Investment Council is to provide a platform for global influencers to share their views, priorities and concerns about domestic investment in the UK.
