“All types of alcoholic beverages increase the activity of the aromatase enzyme, which converts the male hormone testosterone to the female hormone estradiol in both women and men,” she says.
And he adds: The constant use of beer affects, in particular, the appearance of men.
And she says: “Usually we notice that in men who drink a lot of beer, in addition to an increase in the stomach (beer stomach), the chest increases. This is also due to excessive alcohol consumption, in addition, beer contains substances similar to female estrogen.
And he adds: “If a person likes to drink brandy with chocolate, the activity of the aromatase enzyme increases even more, because chocolate also affects, which means that the size of the breast also increases.”
According to her, the process of converting testosterone to estradiol occurs in adipose tissue, so its increase leads to hormonal imbalance in the body. Stress can also aggravate the effects of alcohol.
