Tottenham have signed English playmaker James Maddison from relegated Leicester City to the Second Division for £40m in addition to additions.
The 26-year-old England international has a five-year contract.
We are pleased to announce the signing of a contract with James Maddison!
Let’s go, Mudders ????

With this move, Madison’s presence will bolster a Tottenham side that has been missing a player of his character since the departure of Dane Christian Eriksen in 2020.
Maddison started his football career at Coventry City before moving to Norwich City in January 2016.
Madison joined Leicester in 2018 and made 203 appearances over five seasons, scoring 55 goals and helping the team win the FA Cup.
The fit playmaker scored 10 goals last season in Leicester’s relegation campaign.
At international level, Maddison played three times for the Three Lions.
