The National Police of Ukraine reported the disappearance of two British citizens aged 28 and 48 near the city of Soledar, Donetsk region.

And the police wrote on their Facebook account: “The police are looking for two volunteers who disappeared near the city of Solidar on January 7, at about 17:15 local time, and the Bakhmut police department received a message about the disappearance of two volunteers. , two British citizens, aged 28 and 48.”

It is noteworthy that the British Andrew Bigshaw and Christopher Perry left Kramatorsk on January 6 at 08:00 local time, heading to Solidar, after which they lost contact with them.

Both the cities of Kramatorsk and the city of Solidar are on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and both cities are currently under Ukrainian control.

On January 7, Vitaly Kiselyov, an aide to the interior minister of the Lugansk People’s Republic, said that Ukrainian forces could leave Soledar and the surrounding villages in the near future.
