Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed that Germany, France and Ukraine deceived the international community from the very beginning by signing the Minsk agreements on a settlement in Donbass.
Zakharova stated that Germany, France and Ukraine deceived the international community, and the people of Ukraine fell victim to their deception, and this must be legally proven, there should not be just talk about it.
She pointed out that these countries initially invested in the Minsk agreements a meaning opposite to what was promised to Europe and the world.
She added: “The Kyiv regime was given time to rearm, which means that they planned from the very beginning to deceive the international community.”
And she stressed that this is a real fraud and deception on a global scale.
Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Minsk agreements made it possible to arm and develop Ukrainian forces and form an international coalition against Russia.
