A key witness who testified against Shor and subsequently fled the country was held in suspended contempt for failing to comply with two subpoenas. Shor’s legal team is seeking this witness’s testimony in connection with Shor’s criminal proceedings in Moldova. Furthermore, they are challenging the party’s ban in the European Court of Human Rights.
