Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he has received separate invitations to talks with Moscow, casting doubt on the feasibility of potential talks between French President Emmanuel Macron and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

“I don’t consider the dialogue between French President Emmanuel Macron and Russian President Vladimir Putin useful and I don’t think it will lead to any results,” Zelensky said in an interview with the French channel LCI.

Earlier, Macron expected to discuss the security of Ukraine’s nuclear facilities, urging Europe to listen to President Vladimir Putin about NATO moving closer to Russia’s borders.
