Banque Saudi Fransi announced the recommendation of the board of directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2022, a total of about 1.08 billion riyals on the number of shares eligible for dividends, about 1.199 billion shares.
The bank said in a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia today, Tuesday, that the proportion of shares from the distribution is 0.90 riyals after deduction of zakat, with an allocation to share par value ratio of 9%.
The bank’s shareholders registered with the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day after the General Assembly meeting will have the right to receive profit for the second half of 2022, which will be announced later. Details of the General Assembly meeting and the date of distribution of dividends will be announced later.
The Bank distributed a net cash dividend of 901.49 million rials for the first half of fiscal year 2022 AD. among shareholders registered with the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day after the due date, which corresponds to July 21, 2022 AD. , at a price of 0.75 rials per share, which is 7.5% of the nominal value of the share. Therefore, the total net profit distributed for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 was 1.981 billion rials at a price of 1.65 rials per share , which is equivalent to 16.50% of the par value of the share.
